We equip you with the knowledge, skills and tools to prepare and write winning tender submissions, submit successful grant applications and achieve value procurements.

Based on many years’ experience in bid management, grant applications and tender evaluation within the government and private sector, we understand the complexities of stakeholder influence, political processes and the sensitive nature of tenders, grants and procurement.

We share this expertise through face to face and virtual workshops and training programs that can be tailored to address your specific needs.

Training Solutions

Our interactive workshops and masterclasses accommodate participants from large and small oganisations.

Topics we specialise in include:

  • Bid and Tender Management
  • Tender Writing
  • Grant Management
  • Procurement Management
  • Contract Negotiation and Management
  • Quality and Performance Management
bid management training

Many of our training programs and workshops are requested and sponsored by Australian Business Limited, Business Networking Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Federal, State and Local Government.

We also develop and run tailored training solutions and private, in-house workshops. Through this, we deliver training that tackles specific issues, leverages your existing in-house content and promotes continuous improvement. This is a highly cost effective way of implementing and activating quality training outcomes.

We can run face to face workshops and training sessions at your location or at one of our facilities.  The coordination of our training incorporates comprehensive measures for physical in-person workshops to comply with heightened health and safety requirements

We combine the above with the capability to run online training through virtual workshops and webinar training. We continually invest in our systems to improve and streamline the online training experience and learning outcomes.

All our training participants receive training materials, including a workbook, designed to be their blueprint for future success. Workshops are typically limited to 15 participants for face to face delivery and 25 for virtual delivery to maximise engagement between facilitators and participants.
